Returns:
It is our hope that you are pleased with your purchase. Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any products. Refunds may be issued on a case by case basis. Shipping:
Orders will ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Weekends and holidays are not included. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged/Wrong Item:
We do our best to ensure that your purchase will arrive in top notch condition, however we can control what happens in route. If your product is damaged, please notify us by email at tynscents@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt. Please include a photo of the item with your message.
